How you earn
We believe in rewarding hard work properly. Your earnings package is built in three clear parts. Hit your stride, work a weekend day and consistently deliver, and you can genuinely earn £45,000–£50,000 per year.
Basic Salary
Starting £25,500, rising to £28,000 after a successful 6-month review. Paid monthly, guaranteed.
Optional Weekend
Up to £7,000 extra per year for technicians on the weekend rota. One weekend day per week, never both.
Performance Bonus
Up to £300 per week — that’s up to £15,000 a year — for top performers consistently hitting bonus targets.
A motivated technician working a weekend day and consistently hitting bonus targets earns £45,000 – £50,000 per year.
The work
You will work independently at customer premises across your area, equipped with a fully expensed company van. No two days are the same.
Your day-to-day will include valeting, paint correction, ceramic coatings, specialist treatments and lease return preparation on a wide variety of vehicles — from family cars to high-end performance and prestige marques.
The work is hands-on, physical and standards-driven. We hold ourselves to a high standard on every job, and our customers expect nothing less.

Who we want
- Previous valeting or detailing experience preferred
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
- A genuine eye for detail
- Reliable, self-motivated and professional in front of customers
- Willing to follow our processes, refined over two decades
- Pride in your work, your van and your presentation
