We target what gets you charged

Lease companies bill hundreds, sometimes thousands, for issues that cost a fraction to put right beforehand. Interior condition, surface scratches, wheel condition and exterior cleanliness are what trigger the charges, so that is where the work goes.

This is not a full detail and it is not showroom perfection you do not need. Many marks that would be billed as damage can be polished out with paintwork correction, interiors are deep cleaned, and the exterior is washed so the inspector can do their job. Smart preparation, nothing more, nothing less.

Light scratches, a clean but lived-in interior, and an exterior wash. For cars in good overall condition that just need bringing up to standard.

Noticeable scratches, a stained interior and general wear. This is the condition we see on most lease returns.

If the damage goes deeper

Some issues cannot be cleaned or polished away. If the car has damage that would fail inspection, we arrange the repair too and quote it upfront, so you get one honest answer before the return date.

Will this help me avoid lease return charges?

How far in advance should I book?
We offer same day and next day availability in most cases. If the car is being collected this week, call now and we will fit you in. If you know your return date, booking a few days ahead gives us the best chance of working around your schedule.
Do you come to me or do I bring the car to you?
We come to you. Our fully equipped Mercedes Citan vans carry everything the job needs, with no power or water required at your end. We cover Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and beyond. Give us your postcode and we will confirm we can reach you.
How do I know which package I need?
WhatsApp us some photos of the car, interior and exterior. We will tell you honestly which package fits and whether anything needs separate repair work. There is no obligation and no charge for the advice. Most cars fall into Average.
What if the damage is too bad for preparation alone?
We also arrange paint repairs, paintless dent removal and alloy wheel refurbishment. We will tell you upfront if the car needs any of it and quote separately, and plenty of customers combine preparation with repair work before the return date.
