Where We Cover

Do you cover my area?

We cover 200+ towns across Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Greater London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. View our full coverage area β†’

Before Your Mobile Car Valeting Appointment

Do you need water or electricity for mobile car valeting?

No. Our vans carry 200 litres of water and a generator β€” we’re completely self-contained. If you’re happy for us to use your supply it helps reduce noise for your neighbours, but it’s entirely optional.

Do I need to be home during the valet?

No. Just leave the car accessible and unlocked. Many customers book us while they’re at work β€” we’ll get on with it and let you know when we’re done.

How quickly can you come?

Usually same-day or next-day. We pride ourselves on fast availability across our coverage area.

Do you work weekends?

Yes, we’re open 7 days a week, 7:30am to 6pm.

Weather & Conditions

What if it rains?

We work in all weather. Light rain doesn’t stop us. If there’s heavy rain, we might reschedule the exterior work, but we’ll sort that with you on the day at no extra charge.

Can you work on my driveway or do I need a garage?

Driveway is perfect. We can also work on the street, at your office, or anywhere with reasonable access. No garage needed.

Vehicles We Clean

Do you valet vans and larger vehicles?

Yes. We clean cars, vans, 4x4s, pickups, minibuses and more. Prices vary by size β€” just ask for a quote.

What about motorbikes?

Yes, we valet motorbikes too. Get in touch for pricing.

Do you clean caravans and motorhomes?

Absolutely. Caravans, motorhomes, and campervans are all welcome. These are particularly prone to mould if stored seasonally, so we can help with that too.

Can you clean boats or aircraft?

Yes to both. We’re based at Brighton City Airport and offer aircraft cleaning services. Boats too β€” just send us details for a quote.

Mobile Car Valeting Services Explained

What’s the difference between valeting and detailing?

Valeting is thorough cleaning β€” washing, vacuuming, polishing surfaces. Detailing goes further with clay bar decontamination, machine polishing, and paint correction. Detailing restores the paint, not just cleans it.

Do I need clay bar treatment?

Only if your paint feels rough to the touch or you want the absolute best finish before protection. Clay bar is included in our Prestige, Detail, and Correct packages β€” not in standard valeting.

What products do you use?

We use Autoglym professional products for valeting and Williams Racing ceramic coatings for protection. Premium products, professional results.

How often should I get my car valeted?

For cars already in good condition, every 4-8 weeks is ideal to maintain that finish. Our 20Club subscription makes this easy β€” choose your frequency and get 20% off all services.

Ceramic Coating

How long does ceramic coating last?

Our Williams 8H and 10H coatings come with a lifetime warranty for the duration of your ownership. The Self Healing ceramic has a 5-year warranty. With proper care, they protect for years.

Can ceramic coating be applied to a new car?

Absolutely β€” that’s the best time to do it. Protects the paint from day one before any damage occurs.

What preparation is needed before ceramic coating?

The car must be thoroughly cleaned, decontaminated (clay bar), and polished before coating. This ensures proper bonding and the best results. Preparation is charged separately β€” contact us for a full quote.

What’s the difference between wax and ceramic coating?

Wax lasts weeks and needs regular reapplication. Ceramic coating chemically bonds to your paint and lasts years. It’s harder, more durable, and provides superior UV and chemical protection. Once applied, you won’t need to wax again.

Will my car stay cleaner with ceramic coating?

Yes. The hydrophobic (water-repelling) properties mean water beads off and takes dirt with it. Cleaning becomes much easier and your car stays cleaner for longer.

Common Concerns

Can you remove pet hair and dog hair?

Yes, pet hair removal is included in all our valeting packages. However, if there’s a heavy build-up that’s been left for a while, it may need extra time and there could be an additional cost. Just let us know the condition when you book and we’ll give you an honest quote.

Can you get rid of bad smells in my car?

Yes. We offer air con sanitisation (Β£40) to clean the ventilation system and Vardar antibacterial fogging (Β£40) to treat the whole cabin. Both eliminate bacteria and odours.

Do you clean leather seats?

Yes. Leather care is included in our deeper cleans (Interior MAX upwards) or available as a Β£40 add-on. We clean and nourish the leather to keep it supple.

Can you fix scratches on my car?

Surface scratches and swirl marks β€” yes, with machine polishing (included in Prestige, Detail, and Correct packages). Deep scratches that have gone through the paint will need our paint repair service.

Why shouldn’t I use an automatic car wash?

Those spinning brushes cause swirl marks and fine scratches every time. Over time, this dulls your paint significantly. Hand washing with proper techniques is far safer for your paintwork.
